JoltBox started as a group chat where a few of us kept swapping screenshots of mobile games late at night. At some point the notes got long enough that a website made more sense than another wall of messages. So here we are, writing down what we actually think.,We focus on RPGs and adventures because those are the games we come back to, but we cover strategy, racing and casual stuff too. Every review means someone on the team put in real time, not a ten-minute skim. We care about how progression feels over a week, not just the first tutorial.,Games get picked for a mix of reasons: something is trending, a reader flagged it, or one of us simply got hooked. We don't take payment to feature a title, and we don't rank by popularity. If a small game is good, it goes up next to the big names.,The tone here is meant to feel like a friend telling you what to install this weekend. We make mistakes sometimes and we update posts when we do.
